Creating change through dialogue, advocacy, and community action

What We Do Our focus areas

Driving Change Across Sri Lanka

01

Interactive Dialogues

Creating safe spaces for meaningful conversations about gender equality, rights, interfaith understanding, and social justice. From our inaugural session discussing the MMDA to our interfaith Ifthar, we bring diverse communities together.

02

Capacity Building

Training young women through our Fellowship Programme, mentoring them in event planning, advocacy, communications, and leadership. Our fellows go on to manage programmes and join our core team.

03

Advocacy & Campaigns

Amplifying voices on critical issues including MMDA reform, women's rights, and social security. Our campaigns have reached thousands through social media partnerships and direct action.

04

Supporting Survivors

Our Support Team provides legal consultations and psychosocial support to women affected by gender-discriminatory laws and practices, helping them navigate their rights and make informed decisions.
